BALI SURF RETREAT POWERED BY DSL AND ITS TRAVEL PARTNERS.

Dream | Surf | Livin’ (DSL) and its travel partners do not assume responsibility for those inherent risks which may cause unfortunate accidents or incidents during ordinary travel conditions. Dream | Surf | Livin’ (DSL) will not be held responsible for injury, death, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense, or inconvenience arising from travel misfortunes beyond our control. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance.

TRAVEL & FLIGHT INFORMATION

Please check with us to make sure we have space available on our retreat date of your choice prior to booking your flight for your surf adventure.

DEPOSITS

  • 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, due to save your spot.

PAYMENT

  • Final Payment is 14 days before the retreat date.
  • Payment may be paid by bank transfer, Transferwise, or PayPal.
  • Any form of payment constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stated on this site.

CANCELLATION
POLICY

  • Cancellation of a trip must be made within 60 days of your departure date.
  • There are no refunds or partial refunds given for arriving late or early departures, from a designated charter, poor surf, or inclement weather. In addition, there are no refunds given for reasons pertaining to unstable global, national, or local political situations that do not directly pose a threat to the safe operations of our trips.
  • Cancel 30 – 15 days prior to the retreat start date; you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your total retreat package price.
  • Cancel 14 days or less prior to the retreat start date; you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your total retreat package price.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE CANCELLATION POLICY :

If the cancellation is covid-19 related (Borders closed or Positive COVID – 19 test*),  you have two options :

  • You can either postpone your reservation and apply 100% of the deposit to a future retreat within one year of your retreat date -OR-
  • We will refund your total amount minus a 25% administrative fee of your retreat package price.

* YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF A POSITIVE COVID-19 TEST.

LIABILITY RELEASE FORMS

Guests who fail to provide personal information and signed liability release forms prior to your departure will not be allowed to join the surf adventure. The above cancellation policy will apply. Liability release forms will be sent along with your Tropical Welcome Kit, once you have reserved a trip.

WELCOME KIT

Once you have reserved an adventure, you will receive an interesting Tropical Welcome Kit, with all the tour information including interesting goods, liability release form, and other informative information.

RESPECT

Please understand that we will try our hardest to give you an awesome and safe surf experience. We go to great lengths to make sure that you get great service. Please consider it as we are giving the best for you. We will commit and follow through with your booking, we just ask for the same respect from you.

PHOTO and VIDEO USAGE

We frequently take photos and videos of customers, both adults and under 16’s. We reserve the right to use these in our brochures, social media and in any other promotional material. If you don’t wish for DSL to use your image please notify our team by email. We will make sure to change and update the image ASAP.
